Desmond L. Diaz, LMT, is a Nationally Certified, State Licensed Massage Therapist, Trigger Point Therapist,   and AFFA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. Desmond has over twelve (12) years of experience in healthcare in various rehab settings including Sports Rehab, hospital inpatient & outpatient settings, independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing settings. He has worked with diverse populations ranging from youth through late adulthood, to professional and elite Olympics athletes. Desmond also delivers massage and therapeutic care to individuals and groups including serving as a therapist at such events as the Disney Marathon, Radio Disney’s Diva’s on a Dime Event, NKKU Karate and Kung Fu Olympics, and March of Dimes Mudd Volleyball and works teams such as Orlando City SC, Orlando Pride, the USWNT, USMNT, Cirque Du Soleil and more. 

Additionally, Desmond is also a 6th-degree black belt in martial arts with over twenty(20) years as an instructor, training all age groups. He has used self-defense and high-intensity training regimens to prepare himself and his students for tournament competitions. Desmond is a proud member of the United States Martial Arts Team.  He is a 2x Silver medalist from the 2014  TAFISA World Martial Arts Games, and 2x Gold medalist at 2016 and 2017 TAFISA World Martial arts Games, and a 4x Silver Medalist at the 2019 World Martial Arts GAmes.

Skilled in various massage modalities, including Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Swedish Massage, IASTM, Sports Tapping, Rapid Neuro Fascial Reset Techniques Orthopedic and Sports Massage. Desmond integrates his knowledge of the human body, biomechanics, and his experience in rehabilitation into the application of a variety of assessment and treatment techniques delivered through his client customized routines.
